Summary Statement:
Reporting to the Sales Manager in Integrated Systems team, this role is accountable for the Key Account(s) and the corresponding sales budget. Key responsibilities include managing the direct accounts as point of contact, developing strategic account plan, and executing account plan to maximize sales and project opportunities.

 

Representative Duties:

  • Serves as the contact person from Shure on account related matters. Responds accordingly and provides needed support based on enquires, including but not limited to technical consulting, product demonstration, quotation, pricing, and order status
  • Develop account plan to grow revenue from system integration projects
  • Analyzes account performance based on revenue and activities
  • Ensures the relevant training (Shure Audio Institute) module is provided to sales and/or technical staff in the assigned accounts
  • Collects market intellignece and expands business contacts to have a footprint in the relevant market and industry
  • Provides recommendations to Sales Manager and takes lead in Channel Expansion and Pricing Strategy in order to grow market share
  • Collaborates with Demand Planning and Supply Operation teams on volume forecasting, supply allocation, and actions related to inventory management
  • Works closely with other functional departments (Product Planning, Marketing and Application Engineering) to develop materials, documentations and marketing tools, as neccesary
  • Provides sales training, presentation, and demonstration on product features and benefits to internal Shure Associates, media and business partners such as independent Distribution Centers, as well as end users
  • Willing to travel
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering/Sales/Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience selling into Enterprises and/or System Integrators; experience in professional audio or audiovisual industry is desirable
  • A Strategic Thinker with the ability to plan from conception to execution, A MUST
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; prior experience with SAP and Salesforce, AN ADVANTAGE
  • Willing to travel
